During times of great anxiety, whether it is your job, your children, or your finances, know The Lord is in control!
Remember that Jesus walked on water in times of great fear from His disciples. In moments when life takes an unexpected turn, take a step of faith and have courage to walk upon the waters of fear, walk upon the waters of the unknown, walk upon the waters of a loss; even if it is in the form a of job, a possession, a relationship or a life. Take a step of faith!
Although the storms or life may not stop when we wish, He taught us to take that step of faith and believe in His majesty. He sits on the thrown no matter how hard our situation gets. It’s through the tough times that He shows up on the waters and allows us to see His glory.
Come together and do not turn to fear of His calling for us. We are called to be the lamp in the middle of the room. Let us light up the rooms of darkness and pass our light to other lamps so that they may light rooms in the rest of the world.
