Seven Days Of Prayer

**Day 1 — L: Lean on God Together**

Idea: A marriage can't out-pray its problems, but it can out-trust them. Make God the foundation, not the backup plan.

Evening action: Pray together for 5 minutes — out loud, holding hands. Name one thing you're each trusting God with this week.

**Day 2 — I: Intentional Communication**

Idea: Words are either tools or weapons. Choose words with purpose and grace instead of reacting.

Evening action: Each share one thing your spouse did this week you appreciated, and one thing you need. No interrupting, no defending — just listen.

**Day 3 — S: Serve One Another**

Idea: Model Christ's servant heart — put your spouse's needs before your own, even in small things.

Evening action: Do one thing your spouse usually does — without being asked, and without announcing it.

**Day 4 — T: Trust Unconditionally**

Idea: Vulnerability grows where it's safe. Loyalty is never in question in a marriage built on trust.

Evening action: Share one honest answer to "What's something you've been afraid to tell me?" Tonight is for listening only, no judgment.

**Day 5 — E: Extend Forgiveness Freely**

Idea: God forgave you freely; release offenses quickly, before the sun goes down on them.

Evening action: Each name one thing you've been holding onto, and say "I forgive you." Mean it. Drop it.

**Day 6 — N: Nurture the Covenant**

Idea: Marriage is a sacred promise you tend daily — spiritually, emotionally, physically. It doesn't survive on autopilot.

Evening action: Plan one small date this week — coffee, a walk, 30 minutes phones down. Put it on the calendar tonight.

**Day 7 — LISTEN: The Whole Heart**

Idea: A marriage that truly LISTENS — to God and to each other — is a marriage that lasts.

Evening action: Sit together and answer "What's one thing God showed us this week?"

Write it down somewhere you'll see it.
